VEGAN MOIST BREAD
Hi everyone! Honestly, even though I say that this is bread, it tastes more like sweet bread/cake to me. Its just tooooo divine and I cannot stop eating this.
I love to have this for breakfast or as a mid-afternoon snack when I crave something sweet and moist with a cup of tea.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of oat flour
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 flax egg ( below is the way to make the flax egg)
1/4 cup of coconut sugar
1/4th cup of set honey
METHOD
In a large bowl, add oat flour, baking powder, almond flour and salt; whisk to combine and
Sift the flour twice to get a fluffy textured flour mixture
In another bowl, add coconut sugar, honey and flax egg; whisk to combine while creating a creamy texture. (flax seed egg,1 tbsp of flax seeds blended and add three tbsp of water and set aside)
Now, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and beat for 2-3 min in high-speed until creamy batter forms.
Finally, add a baking sheet to a loaf pan and pour the batter. Pre-heat oven to 180c and bake the bread for about 30 min or until a toothpick comes clean.
