High-protein tandoori chicken salad
Hey guys! A simple salad is taken to another level by adding some delicious tasteful chicken strips ! These chicken strips are not at all intemedating to make.

Prep and cook time: 20 min
INGREDIENTS FOR CHICKEN
250g of chicken breast cut into length-wise strips
1/4 cup of Greek yoghurt
1/2 tbsp of garlic powder
1/2 tbsp of chilli flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp of garam masala or curry powder
1/2 tbsp honey
INGREDIENTS FOR SALAD
1 cup of salad leaves chopped
2-3 slices of tomato
Cucumber slices
low-fat mayo or greek yoghurt
Crushed nuts of choice
METHOD
In a bowl, add yoghurt, chilli, garam masala, garlic powder and garam masala mix to combine
Using a thing, add the chicken strips one by one and coat them well; marinate for 1o min
In an ovenproof tray add a foil, spray with olive oil and add the strips
Bake for 180c for 20 min !!!!
Simply toss this all in a bowl along with the salad ingredients and enjoy !
