Spicy mushroom
This amazing recipe is a must try! This will give the mushroom such a beautiful taste!

INGREDIENTS
500g of mushrooms sliced
1 onion finely chopped
1 tomato finely chopped
Minced garlic ( 5 cloves)
2 green chillies minced
Pandan leaves
Curry leaves
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt
3 tsp of chilli flakes
Few sprays of olive oil
1/4 cup of coconut cream
METHOD
Heat up a skillet, add few sprays of olive oil. Add onions, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, and all the spices.
Sautee the mixture until the onions become light brown in colour.
Now add the mushrooms and sautee for about 2 min until mushrooms change in colour.
Add 2 tbsp of water and cover the mixture with a lid and cook in low flame for 10 -15 min.
Open the lid, add coconut cream and cook until the gravy thickens.
