Spicy crepe triangles

Easy peasy recipe which will leave your tastebuds so happy !

Serving size : 2

Prep and cook time : 30 min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Ingredients for stuffing ( you can use any stuffing you like.

  • 1/3rd cup tomato sauce

  • spring onions

  • Minced chicken or tofu 1/2 cup

  • 1 green chilli

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 garlic clove chopped

  • sprays of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of cheese

METHOD

  • Blend all the crepe ingredients and sieve through to get rid of lumps.

  • Make the three large crepes and set aside.

  • In a skillet, add few sprays of oil, and add all the stuffing ingredients except the cheese and sautee until everything is cooked.

  • Add the cheese and mix; turn off the heat

  • Now add one layer of crepe, add the minced chicken or tofu mixture and spread on the crepe, layer with the other crepe and spread the mixture so on.

  • Now cut the layers carefully into triangle shapes!

  • Alternatively, you can bake the whole thing for 10 min at 180c!
