Spicy chicken with gravy
Ayubowan my friends, I know there are a million ways to make a chicken curry and knowing me, I am always experimenting new and healthy ways of making the curry without compromising on the taste. So, this is yet another way I came up and trust me; you will not be disappointed.

INGREDIENTS
500g of skinless chicken thighs and drumsticks( or even chicken breast)cut into desired size
2 large onions chopped finely
1 large tomato chopped finely
bunch of curry leavs
1 cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tbsp of crushed pepper 1/2 tbsp of curry powder
Sea salt to taste
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
4 tbsp fresh coconut
Fresh chillies ( I used 3)
1 cup water
METHOD
In a large pot, add the chicken, pepper and salt. Add some water and boil at a low flame.
In a skillet, add rest of the ingredients; mix and cook until it creates an aromatic, thick gravy.
Taste test the gravy; add more salt and chilli flakes if needed. Now, add the boiled chicken; stir and cook for a further few mins until everything is mixed well.
