SpicY cauliflower with cashew cream sauce
Such an easy vegetarian dish you can ever taste! low carb and high in good fats.

INGREDIENTS
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
1 onion
1 tomato
a half thumb-sized piece of ginger
4 garlic cloves
2 green chillies
1/4 cup cashews soaked in boiling water for 10 min
4 tbsp of greek yoghurt ( make sure to whip it )
1 tbsp garam masala
Few coriander leaves
Few cardamom pods and a cinnamon stick
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
METHOD
Into a food processor, add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, cashews, and the seasonings and process until it creates a pureed texture.
Steam the cauliflower and set aside.
In a skillet, add the processed texture and let the gravy cook well.
Add greek yoghurt and coriander leaves and keep cooking for another 2-3 min. Taste test and see if you like any more seasonings.
Add the steamed cauliflower to the gravy and mix well.
