Breakfast Smoothie
This Fulfilling breakfast smoothie consists of all the things you love. It is a creamy-dreamy nutritious smoothie you can share with your children as well. It has, avocados, cashews, almonds, spinach, greek yoghurt, dates, banana, oats and milk! I mean, all the goodness in one jar!

INGREDEINTS
1/2 ripe Avocado
1/2 ripe banana
5 almonds
5 cashews
1/2 cup
2 dates
2 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
2.5 glasses of semi- skimmed milk or a vegan milk
Optional 1 tbsp of raw honey
Ice
METHOD
In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients; blend until you get a creamy smoothie texture.
Taste test, if you need more dates or honey feel free to add !
