Oats roti pizza

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup oat four
1 tbsp thick yoghurt
Salt
Chilli flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
TOPPING - you can add anything you like, i added pizza sauce, black olives, red onions, tomatoes and cheese
METHOD
Mix everything until you form a ball, this will take some time, the more you mix it will get wet and will start forming a ball; If you think the dough is dry, add a bit of yoghurt .
Break the large dough ball to two small dough balls.
On a board, add some oat flour and place the dough ball and gently press the dough ball with a spoon to create a thick circular shaped rotis.
In a skillet, cook both sides until the rotis are completely cooked.
Add pizza sauce, toppings and shredded cheese; put pizza roti in the microwave until the cheese melts !
