Low-carb sweet potato waffles
Serving size: 4-5 mini waffles
INGREDIENTS
200g sweet potato
4 tsp garlic powder
4 egg whites
Salt
METHOD
Shred the sweet potato using a food processor and add the egg whites, seasonings of choice, garlic powder; mix well.
let the batter stand for 10 min ( this will thicken the batter)
Heat up the waffle iron and scoop 3 tbsp at a time and make mini waffles!
Sprinkle the salt on top and enjoy !
