Low-carb sweet potato waffles

Low-carb sweet potato waffles

Serving size: 4-5 mini waffles

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g sweet potato

  • 4 tsp garlic powder

  • 4 egg whites

  • Salt

METHOD

  • Shred the sweet potato using a food processor and add the egg whites, seasonings of choice, garlic powder; mix well.

  • let the batter stand for 10 min ( this will thicken the batter)

  • Heat up the waffle iron and scoop 3 tbsp at a time and make mini waffles!

  • Sprinkle the salt on top and enjoy !
