Healthy salmon topped with spicy green chilli sauce and masala couscous
Sounds so yummy isn’t it ? well it surely is!. This is an easy recipe for you guys to make for lunch or dinner!

INGREDIENTS
150G or 1 fillet of salmon
1/2 cup of cooked couscous
2 cloves of garlic
2 green chillies
Handful of coriander
10 cashews
3 tbsp of coconut cream
Salt and pepper
1 tsp of garam masala
2 tsp of turmeric
Few sprigs of curry leaves
Few sprays of olive oil
METHOD
Crush the curry leaves and add salt , pepper and 1 tsp turmeric and make a paste.
Add the paste to the salmon and lightly massage the paste to cover the salmon.
Steam the salmon along with the paste and set aside.
In a food processor, add cashews, coriander, green chillies, garlic , salt , 1 tsp turmeric and the coconut cream- taste test and add salt or more chillies if you want it more spicy.
In a skillet, on high heat, add few sprays of olive oil and the cooked couscous along with garam masala powder and sauté for a min.
On a plate add the masala couscous and some fresh vegetables and add the steamed Salmond and green chilli sauce !
