Low-carb dumplings
I love this recipe I came up with! but the idea was from 5 min crafts. You can use any filling you like. I only had carrots, ginger, cabbage and few other ingredients which I used as my filling. . ( I have written down the recipe in the bottom).
Serving : 20 mini dumplings
Prep and cook time : 20 min
INGREDIENTS FOR THE DUMPLING BATTER
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup milk or water
Pinch of salt
METHOD
STEP 1: Mix oat flour, water and pinch of salt and make the batter.
STEP 2: Strain the batter to get a smooth texture and pour the batter to a squeezable bottle.
STEP 3: Heat up a skillet and and squeeze a small amount of batter to the pan. After about 30-40 seconds add the filling ( recipe below) of choice.
STEP 4: Carefully fold over one corner and cook both sides. Continue until you finish all the batter.
