Healthy Cooling smoothie
I realised I drink juices and smoothies pretty much everyday but have not posted much on this category!
You can use hundred of combinations when juicing or making smoothies, but then in order to get that creamy and delicious balance one must know how to combine the right ingredients!

Prep time : 1 -2 min
INGREDIENTS
6 slices of cucumber
1/2 ripe banana
1 tbsp of low fat or normal greek yoghurt
1 cup of milk of choice ( I use oat or almond milk)
1 tbs Chia seeds
Ice
METHOD
In a high-speed blender blend everything until it creates a smooth texture!
Enjoy this cooling smoothie in the morning or even if you want something refreshing.
