Breakfast fruit smoothie

This fruit Smoothie is the perfect morning pick-me-up to get the day started off right. All these fruits will give your energy from natural sugars and will add vitamins and minerals to keep your body nourished throughout the day.

When I start by day off with this smoothie, I always feel so healthy and will be reluctant to cheat on my diet! You get the feeling that you want to keep feeding your body with wholesome foods throughout the day!

Please feel free to experiment with ingredients!

This is how I made my skin glowing morning glory smoothie!

Prep time: 5 Min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 apple

  • 1/2 carrot peeled and chopped

  • 1 orange peeled and chopped

  • A small piece of ginger

  • 250 ml of coconut water

METHOD

  • Simply peel the fruits which needs to be peeled and cut in to cubes or slices. Add coconut water and the cut up fruits and veggies to a high speed blender and blend away!

  • Pour over ice and enjoy this healthy fruit juice!
