Baked chicken nachos
In the past, whenever I go to the theatre, I always always get the cheesy nachos! well its about 350 calories !
well, you guessed it right! me being me, I healthyfied this recipe so I can just indulge in it without any guilt !
I made these , lower carb and high in proteins! WIN WIN am I right?
Serving size : 3 portions
Prep and cook time : 15-20 min
INGREDIENTS
3 whole wheat wraps
1 cup of shredded baked chicken
1 minced onion
4 tbsp of sugar-free pizza sauce
1/3 cup of low -fat cheddar cheese
1/2 tbsp Mexican spices (Cumin,Garlic Powder.Mexican Oregano ,Onion Power., Coriander (or Cilantro), Chili Powder, Paprika)
3 jalapeΓ±os sliced
Salt to taste
METHOD
Pre-heat the oven to 180 C
Cut the wraps in to desired shapes and bake them in the oven for 10 min! take them out and let them completely cool down.
In a bowl, add the shredded baked chicken, minced onion, pasta sauce, salt, Mexican spices and mix well.
On a large baking tray lay some baking sheet and lay the crispy nachos.
Top them with the chicken mixture and the cheddar cheese
Bake for further 10 min!
