Pre-workout smoothie

Hi guys! I’m here with another healthy recipe ! this recipe is delicious and super healthy. I called this a pre-workout smoothie because this smoothie gives so much energy without using any artificial ingredients!

You can have this as a breakfast smoothie as well! If you don’t like bananas, please add 3 pitted large medjol dates!

Servings : 1

Prep time : 2 Min

Total time : 4 Min

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana ( ripe)

  • 1 cup of strong coffee ( cooled down)

  • 1/2 cup of milk of choice

  • Ice

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar or honey

  • Splash of vanilla

METHOD

  • Simply add all the ingredients to a fast speed blender. I own a Nutri bullet and it works so great with smoothies !

  • Add ice cubes to the smoothie to make it cold and more creamier!
