Pre-workout smoothie
Hi guys! Iβm here with another healthy recipe ! this recipe is delicious and super healthy. I called this a pre-workout smoothie because this smoothie gives so much energy without using any artificial ingredients!
You can have this as a breakfast smoothie as well! If you donβt like bananas, please add 3 pitted large medjol dates!

INGREDIENTS
1 banana ( ripe)
1 cup of strong coffee ( cooled down)
1/2 cup of milk of choice
Ice
1 tbsp coconut sugar or honey
Splash of vanilla
METHOD
Simply add all the ingredients to a fast speed blender. I own a Nutri bullet and it works so great with smoothies !
Add ice cubes to the smoothie to make it cold and more creamier!
