Baked Devilled Fish
INGREDIENTS
500g of thora king fish
2 large onions
2-3 green long bell peppers
1 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of soy sauce ( light)
1/2 tbsp of oyster sauce
5 garlic cloves chopped
5 curry leaves
Salt /Pepper to taste
1 tsp of turmeric
1.5 tbsp of chilli flakes
Few sprays of olive oil
METHOD
-Marinate the fish with salt, pepper and turmeric. Make sure to dab both sides of the fillet.
-Bake the fish at 180c for 30 min or until completely cooked; set aside.
-In a skillet, add few sprays of olive oil, add garlic and onions and sautee until golden brown.
-Add green bell pepper, soy sauce, curry leaves, salt, chilli flakes and -sautee everything until onions are caramelized and give a beautiful aroma.
-Now, simply mix the baked fish with the caramelized onion and bell pepper mixture; add oyster sauce and sautee for further 2 -min without breaking the fish fillets.
