healthy Banana crepes
Healthy Banana crepes! These are a great way to sneak in fruits to your child’s diet or even yours!
This filling, healthy and naturally sweet crepes are to die for !
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Strawberries and greek yoghurt for topping
METHOD
Simply blend everything, put the batter through a sieve and sieve through to get a creamier , smooth crepe batter!
Now simply make the crepes as thinly as possible!
If you want to add strawberries as a topping, add some raw honey to the strawberry slices and simply cook them for one min on a non-stick pan! it will taste like strawberry jam!
