Breakfast parfait
Yoghurt parfait cups are the easiest dessert you can put together in a matter of minutes. It's healthy and refreshing as well. Kids friendly as well.
Today, I was craving something sweet to eat in the morning, and due to the high-heat situation in Dubai, I felt this is the perfect breakfast of all!
One thing I would like to point out is, I understand that we are not at the luxury to pick and chose fresh veggies or fruits due to lockdown, but, if you get a hold of some frozen fruits or even some fruits, cut them up and freeze them. You can do loads with the frozen fruits!

Prep time : 3-4 min
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup of strawberries
1/4 raspberries
1/2 tbsp honey or sweetener if the fruit is tart
2 tbsp of granola
4 tbsp of yoghurt ( vegan or non dairy)
METHOD
Blend strawberries, raspberries and honey; set aside
In a glass add 2 tbsp of yoghurt to the bottom, layer with some fruit puree, then add another layer of yoghurt and top with some granola. Simple as that
When you eat you will scoop out each layer and that will taste so amazing in your mouth !
