How do you make this recipe vegan?
You can use a flax egg or a chia egg. If using a flax egg, use 1 tbsp of lightly blended flax seed (preferably golden flaxseed as that has a less bitter taste to it) with 2 tbsp of water and set aside. Boom! You have 1 flax egg.
If you use chia seeds, use 1/2 tbsp chia seeds and mix with 1 tbsp of water and set aside until it creates a gelatinous eggy texture.
How do you make this recipe non-vegan?
You can use 1 egg or 2 egg whites if you’re watching your calories or if you can high-cholesterol.
