Spicy-battered Chinese style prawns
Have you ever had hot butter cuttlefish from Sri lanka? Well, this is similar in taste but made with prawns instead of cuttlefish. Also, this is NOT deep-fried but baked.
Do you know the trick to making healthy food taste good? Well instead of deep Frying ( which we know that adds extra flavour and unwanted calories) you need to add spices and ginger and garlic or herbs ! you have to add generous amounts of it to compensate for the lack of deep-fried taste.
