Low-carb Chinese-style cauliflower rice
Inspired by my dear friend Wendy! I completely forgot about this recipe which I used to have quite often few years ago.
This is my own version of the Chinese style rice! try it out.

Prep and cook time : 15-20 min
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of cauliflower rice ( simply process the cauliflower florets to get a fine consistency)
1/2 cup of chopped spring onions finely chopped
1 garlic clove chopped
2 tsp of sesame oil
1/2 cup green peas
Few sprays of olive oil
Bit of turmeric for colour
2 tsp of soy sauce or 1/2 cube of no sodium vege cube.
METHOD
In a skillet, add few sprays of oil and sautee garlic, spring onions and peas.
Add turmeric powder, soy sauce or the vege cube and keep sautΓ©ing for further one min.
Add cauliflower stir and cover for few min until cauliflower looks steamed and cooked.
Add sesame oil and mix well !
