Sugar-free salted caramel brownies
YES! You heard it right ! yummy gooey and HEALTHY ! without any refined sugars or processed fats! I made these amazingly gooey brownies for Coyo company using their Coyo salted caramel yoghurt! however, please feel free to use any yoghurt of choice.

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Almond flour
ΒΌ cup Oat flour
1/3 cup COYO salted caramel yogurt
1/3 cup coconut sugar plus 1/3 cup for the caramel
1/3 cup coconut milk ( thick from a can)
Β½ tsp Baking powder
Β½ cup melted sugar free milk chocolate
1 egg
Β½ tsp vanilla powder or extract
Pinch of salt
Method
Pre head the oven to 180C
Mix the dry ingredients; Almond flour, oat flour and the baking powder. Seive through to get a fine mixture. Then, add 1/3rdcoconut sugar pinch of salt and set the bowl aside.
In a small pan, add the rest of the 1/3 cup of coconut sugar and 1/3 cup of thick coconut milk or milk of choice, pinch of salt; cook until it creates a thick caramel sauce. Take the pan away from the heat and set the Salted caramel aside.
Add the COYO salted caramel yogurt, one egg, vanilla extract and beat well. Add melted sugar free chocolate and the caramel mixture!
Now add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well !
Taste test ! you like the taste? Then I guess we can get baking !
Pour the batter to a mini brownie pan, bake for about 15 min!
The middle should be gooey as this is a brownie!
