Baked garlic and herb tofu

Prep and cook time : 30-40 min
Temperature for baking 180c
INGREDIENTS
1 Packet or 300g of medium firm tofu
1 tbsp of garlic powder
2 tsp of dried chives ( adjust to your liking)
2 tsp of dried parsley ( adjust to your liking)
1 tbsp toasted seasame seeds to sprinkle on top
Few Sprays of olive oil
Ingredients for sauce: 2 tbsp of light soy sauce with 1/2 tbsp of honey
METHOD
Cut the tofu length-wise to get to large rectangular pieces.
Poke the tofu pieces and set aside.
Mix the seasonings and dry pat the tofu until the tofu gets coated well.
Spray the tofu with oil
Add a baking sheet to the baking tray and place the tofu gently on the baking sheet.
Bake for 30-40 min until the edges get light brown.
Just before serving, pour over the soy/honey dressing and slather the tofu and sprinkle some sesame seeds !
