sugar-free vegan chocolate ice cream
I made this vegan recipe for Coyo brand using there chocolate yoghurt ! I mean anyone who will taste this recipe will never think its made from yoghurt! I am quite proud of this recipe I must say!
You only need few ingredients for this recipe. You don’t need ani cream maker, you just need to beat it to get a super creamy consistency.
Serving : 5 medium scoops

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of chocolate yoghurt ( COYO)
1 cup of thick coconut cream
1/2 cup of sugar-free melted chocolate
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup of coconut sugar
METHOD
Beat the coconut cream and coconut sugar until the mixture is fully creamed then, add melted chocolate, pinch of salt and the yoghurt.
Beat the mixture again until creamy.
Now, taste test! add more coconut sugar if needed. I was quite happy with the sweetness therefore, I just left it as it is.
Pour the mixture to a freezer proof container; freeze for over1.5 hours.
Scoop it out, dust some cocoa powder and enjoy this vegan healthy treat!
